Manesty Point, Derwent Water, Cumbria
Some days I look up from the computer and out of the study window and wish I was elsewhere. Some days it the draw of a sunny day and blue skies that make me wish to be in one of my favourite locations.
Some days like this morning it is so dark and damp outside, that whilst part of me is relieved to be indoors dry and warm, there is still that inner desire to be enjoying a better outlook….. somewhere deep in my memory bank of great locations. Nor does it help that today is Friday (yes, they keep coming round) and despite the weekend to look forward too there is still a desk to be cleared…..Some day!

The desk will never be cleared there will always be a photograph to be taken 😎
Very true…..even though I have in theory ‘retired’ there still seems to be something coming along that needs action. Best not complain as I suppose I would miss it. I see you have rain on the Moray this morning…..is that the first on the ‘tropical’ coast for months 🙂
Ha ha no rain Sunshine
The weather front came through yesterday it was just dricht 😎
That was the same for us yesterday…..after a foggy start today has turned out rather nice. So far this winter only one day of proper frost……cannot be lucky all winter I guess – just hope 🙂
Overhere, today: http://www.weerplaza.nl/weerfoto/ It’s a slide ‘show’. Right now, 10 to 3 (your time 10 to 2) it’s dull, humid and grey. Lights on in the house (led lamps) and get to work. Even tho I really don’t feel like doing it today. 🙂
It is nice and sunny here now, though cold. Should be enthusiastic but find it hard to be motivated today. I think I wll just be lazy 🙂
Nothing wrong with a lazy day. Hope you enjoyed it!
